It had been a long time since I had a massage. 2 or three years since my first one. I work in construction so I punish my body often. I needed something rough. Erin was able to provide me with detailed information about what I need. The massage was very professional and she is kind and listens well. After the massage I felt a lot looser. Erin is simply the best. I lift things for my job and work out frequently so I always feel tense in my neck/back so I wanted to see if regular massaging would help me.
